The air conditioning was great and great breakfast. We loved the lookout and only thing we wish was that it was closer to everything in the main downtown.

This place is very modern and super clean. We stayed as a family of 5 from the USA. The space was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with two twins. The sofa downstairs makes for a perfect 4th bed and our son said he had the best sleep of his life on it lol. The location is great as it’s no more than 10 minutes to anywhere you would want to go in town. The airport is 15-20 mins. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It’s definitely worth adding the breakfast as the breakfast places are very good especially The Lookout. The views are incredible and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. I would not recommend the breakfast at La Piaza. They send a driver each morning to take you to and from breakfast and the cost is included in the room price. If you can request Tawanda as your driver he is awesome! We used him for all of our taxi needs during our stay.

"Was very thankful for the hotel clerk. Got us in right away. Had two of the guys help carry our luggage up the stairs being there was no elevator. Hotel clerk was able to get some change from American money so I could give a tip for the guys. Helpful in letting us know about breakfast. Wonderful ..."
